So, the first thing I would like to say is a great big CONGRATULATIONS!
This is an exciting time for you! There can be a lot, or a little involved in the planning of your wedding, or other ceremony, and choosing the right Celebrant is just as important as all the other details.
The most important thing is that your day reflects who you are and what your celebrating. Your ceremony can set the whole tone for your day, so it’s important that you choose someone that you feel can meet your needs.
Let’s face it, there are lots of us Celebrants out there with different styles and vibes, and I certainly will not be offended if you decide I’m not the right fit for you. So, let’s get to know each other……




ABOUT ME
Where It All Started
I wanted to be a Celebrant for many years but never quite found the right time or the right confidence, but with the support of some excellent local Celebrants and the honour of performing a Vow Renewal for some wonderful friends in Sydney (yep that's us in the picture - stunning hey?)
the flame was lit and here I am today.
I'm now 1 year into my celebrant career and loving every minute!
I am based at Boyne Island in Central Queensland,
and I love travelling, so that's a YES, I will travel for your ceremony!
I am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants (AFCC)
and have a strong network of fellow Celebrants who are available to step in should I for any reason be unable to fulfil my commitment to you.
You may know me from my former photobooth business , CQ Party Booths, so as you could imagine, I've attended more weddings than the
average person and can offer loads of insight!
I looove music, all types of music (actually a rock chick at heart) so when I'm not at my normal day job or preparing or performing ceremonies ,
you can bet I am catching live music of some sort somewhere!
I have a great sense of humour, (well I think I’m pretty hilarious at times)
and am a good public speaker who can appear confident
even if secretly I am terrified.
So, MC services is something extra I can provide.
I am also, a good listener and a stickler for detail,
two particularly important qualities for a Celebrant & MC!
I’m a big communicator, so you never have to worry about asking lots of questions. I want to make sure we are all on the same page,
so I will ask lots of questions too!
Hearing people's stories and being able to translate them into a beautiful ceremony I consider to be such a privilege.
For most people, this is the first time they’ve done this, therefore, communication and information are key for both of us.
My intention is to help make your ceremony the most beautiful yet easiest moment of your lives.
The only thing I can never guarantee you is what hair style I may have!
